Cakes and Pastry

Cake sizes are small, 6 inch and 9 inch standard, or the customer can order whatever they like. Small cakes are sized for one person. Philippe also makes wedding cakes (called Croquembouche ) as well as those for special occasions.

Beverages

We sell hot chocolate and coffee.  Our hot chocolate is made from real chocolate: dark 72%, milk 30% and white 30%.
